Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fair scheduling and to respect everyone’s time, we have implemented the following refund and rescheduling policy: Rescheduling or Cancellation with 48 Hours' Notice Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. If canceled, the full payment will be credited as online credit, which can be used for future bookings. Rescheduling or Cancellation with 24 Hours' Notice If canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, 50% of the payment will be forfeited. The remaining 50% will be credited as online credit for future use. Less Than 24 Hours' Notice Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in the full payment being forfeited. Please Note: No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. However, online credits are available for eligible cancellations and can be applied to future bookings.
